At Atelier Delice, all our breads and baked goods are prepared in small batches with a focus on quality and freshness. Please review the following delivery terms before placing an order.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners. Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination and courier service coverage.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are freshly prepared after confirmation. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within approximately 2-3 business days, depending on the destination and courier partner.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or remote delivery locations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including the correct address, phone number, and PIN code. Atelier Delice is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines and handling are subject to the courier company’s operations.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product so our team can review the issue.
