Atelier Delice

At Atelier Delice, all our breads and baked goods are freshly baked in small batches and made to order. Because of the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict no cancellation and no refund policy once an order has been placed.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed and payment has been made, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns for baked goods due to their perishable nature.

However, if you receive:

• A damaged product, or
• An incorrect item

please contact us within 6 hours of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the product. Our team will review the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Atelier Delice is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address, phone number, or unavailability at the time of delivery.
